All full-time employees (those regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week) are eligible to participate in Towsend's employee benefit plans. Salaried and administrative employees are eligible on their date of hire and hourly employees are eligible 30 days following their date of hire.
You cannot make any changes to your 2024 benefit plan or coverage elections unless you have a qualifying status change. Failure to enroll by the deadline will result in you having no benefit plan coverage.
